Warranty and Returns
Rustic Interiors, Inc. warrantees its furniture to be free from defects in materials and construction for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. In the case of a manufacturer's defect, Rustic Interiors, Inc. will stand by its product by either issuing a merchandise credit, or by repairing or replacing the item at no charge with the same item or one of equal value and will be based upon the extent of the defect and assumes the item is found to be defective under normal, non-commercial household use. Minor imperfections including small cracks, knots, surface markings, and color variations in the wood are normal and are not defects. This warranty also does not cover improper cleaning with harsh cleansers or detergents. Shipping charges, however, are non-refundable, and return shipping fees may be different than outbound fees.
Shipping Costs and Policy
Shipping costs are additional and will be quoted prior to processing your order.
Your order will be shipped via small package carrier or freight shipper, depending on the size of your order. Items may take 4-6 weeks, depending on the nature of the item requested.
Upon delivery of your items please inspect carefully. If damages exist note them to your delivery person. A complete description of all damages should be noted on your delivery invoice so the items can be replaced within a timely manner.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order with Rustic Interiors, Inc. within 5 business days of the date of purchase. Failing to cancel within this time frame may result in the loss of deposit and other cancellation fees.
